Hi guys - i have always had a problem with my starsat receiver - whenever i lose a satellite position and i try to manually reposition for a stronger receiving signal i cannot manage to save it through the 'store position' option. So when i exit the menu again i'm back facing the same problem! i usuall have to set it up through another receiver and then switch connections again.Has anybody ever faced this problem?

go to installation and click on factory default, then click on load default data or click on All to reset you box
