I bought RS232 9pin cable with USB (for PC connection) on the other end, I follow the cable diagram on the twisted cable on the download page of this site, I follow the instruction on how to upgrade software, for two years now my SR-X1400D still not working, I'm running the upgrade in windows xp. Why is it that my computer is not communicating with my FTA or vice versa. please help.
