hi i have the receiver starsat srx5300cu super i tried evrything but i am not able to load the file to my receiver from my laptop with usb to rs adpter may be because is my first time to load. i have the latest file+ mini loader upgrade 5.5 .

when i tried this message come up: Please power on your STB.
Open Serial Port..
Sync to serial port..
Target not connect or target is error status!
